Acupuncture

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a 50% charge.

Wellness Coaching

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a 100% charge.

Yoga

• For private yoga bookings and bespoke workshops, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full cost. Where cancellations are made prior to 24 hours, the session will be rescheduled without further charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a 100% charge.

Corporate Yoga

• Ongoing Classes

  Customers are required to pay in full prior to the first class or session either on a rolling monthly basis for ongoing classes or for the agreed number of sessions in advance. Prices are agreed prior to the first session. These may be reviewed on an annual basis. For ongoing classes, cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur the full cost. Where cancellations are made prior to 48 hours, the lesson will be rescheduled without further charge.

• One-Off Classes and Bespoke Workshops

  For one-off classes and bespoke workshops, cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur the full cost. Where cancellations are made prior to 48 hours, the session will be rescheduled without further charge.

• Events and Conferences

  Customers are required to pay 50% prior to the event and 50% upon completion.
  Cancellation with less than 72 hours notice will incur the full cost. Where cancellations are made prior to 72 hours, monies will be refunded minus any event related expenditure and a 20% administration fee.

• Retreats and Intensives

  Retreats and intensives must be paid 8 weeks in advance. Cancellation with less than 4 weeks notice will incur the full fee.

• Cancellation and Availability

  Richard Brook – Creative Wellness cannot be held responsible for a particular class or teacher becoming unavailable. If a teacher becomes unavailable I will ensure, where practically possible, that they are replaced by another teacher. Where this is not possible, or where a session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, I will issue a credit for the cancelled class to be rescheduled. For events, conferences or retreats any received payments will be refunded.
